The IU South Bend community is pleased you are considering residential living and we are committed to providing an experience that adds value to your educational endeavor. The Office of Housing and Residential Life, located at 110 Community Building, coordinates housing in eight buildings featuring 1, 2 and 4 bedroom suites. Located along the St. Joseph River, housing is just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge. The Community Building is complete with laundry facilities, computer lab, study rooms, fitness equipment and a great room.
